With our full service planning, we take the lead (and the stress) so you can truly enjoy your wedding. From choosing all vendors, to design and styling to bring your vision to life. We will walk you through every step of the planning from the timeline, planning menus, choosing outfits and more. When you book us for full service, you’re not just booking a planner – you’re booking a planner, a designer, a stylist and a coordinator. When we say full service, we truly mean it.

But what if you’re still searching for that one of a kind location? Look no further! Not only will we scout for the perfect spot, but we’ll combine all your wedding dreams and desires into a day that is true and memorable to you.
Destination weddings can be everything you dreamed of and more, but it can also be extremely stressful. Leave the planning to us and watch your destination wedding unfold.

Weddings can be extremely stressful and time consuming – statistics show that the average wedding takes about 800 hours to plan! If you’re not fond of planning or if you lack the knowledge thereof, we would highly recommend hiring a planner to advise on your special day.
Let us handle all your planning. Your focus should be on spending a relaxing, stress-free day with your loved ones.
Our initial meeting of 40 minutes is free of charge. We’d love to meet you and hear what you have in mind for your special day. Follow up consultations are dependent on the package you choose – this will be discussed during our first meet.
We are more than happy to work alongside your venue’s coordinator to ensure that you have the most perfect day ever! When hiring Stark events as your planner, we have your best interests at heart and we’ll walk this journey together. Our goal is to serve as your planning bestie and ensure that every detail is exactly how you’ve imagined it to be and more.
We’d require a 50% payment upfront and a signed service agreement to confirm your date and booking. The remaining service fee and travel costs (if any) will be clearly itemized in your invoice with final payment due 14 working days before your event.
The number of meetings available to you is included in the package you decide to go with. Please remember that meetings should be booked between Tuesday and Thursday’s as we’re busy setting up for weddings and events from Friday – Sunday.
We will also be available via email and mobile throughout your planning process – feel free to contact us whenever you find yourself in a pickle or when you just need a sounding board!

Most certainly! Travelling does involve extra costs, but let’s chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
